Be sure to buy Official Minecraft Launcher though, there’s a lot of advantages on using the official one. Also, you cannot join official Minecraft servers such as: Hypixel, Mineplex, etc. I’ve used it before and there’s no causalties on using it.
Using Tlauncher means that you’re violating the anti-piracy act. TLauncher is definitely not the official launcher (which, by the way, is Minecraft Launcher) it is pirated, which means it’s illegal, which means it probably has viruses. It is safe if you download it from the official site. So I can suggest you to sign in to Tlauncher without any fear. I use Tlauncher for months and there is no problems till now. On your Android phone, simply go to the Google Play Store to download the free version of Minecraft. Minecraft is easy to download on Android and iOS platforms.
